- All prices are quoted in US currency (US Dollars) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
- A refundable damage deposit of $250.00 (USD) will be required for first time renters and will be refunded upon final inspection of our Management Company.
- Pool Heat $20.00 per day or $140.00 per week UDS
- Special rates available for stays of two weeks or more, late bookings or return rentals!
- A deposit of $200 is payable at the time of booking.
- Credit Card and Pay Pal payments (MasterCard and VISA) can be made from any country, but will be charged in US Dollars and carry a surcharge of 3%.
- A $90.00 cleaning fee will be applied to stays of less than 7 days.
- Rates for cot rentals, high chair rentals and maid service available on application.
